Each VON ARA jewellery piece comes with specific storage and care instructions to help preserve its quality and longevity. These instructions are included with your order and tailored to the materials and craftsmanship of your item. Repairs

Custom quotations are tailored with time and care. If a client chooses not to proceed after receiving a detailed quotation, a nominal fee may apply to cover the time spent on design and sourcing. This helps maintain the quality of service VON ARA is known for. Delivery is only made after full payment is received, and all invoices are valid only on the date of issue.

Returns

VON ARA offers both ready-made and custom-made items. Custom orders involve estimated design and CAD fees, with prices subject to change due to fluctuating exchange rates and setter fees. Once a quotation is accepted, the design is considered final, and changes will incur additional costs. Custom designs are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another jeweller.
